What were you most excited about before the wedding?
We were most excited to be able to share our special day with our family and closet friends, to be able to pull everyone we love into one room to celebrate. We were just so excited to share all of our details and planning with everyone all together!
What moments did you love the most of your wedding?
Our ceremony was just magical, with our best friend serving as our officiant. Our second favorite moment of the day was the toasts & speeches from our MOH, BM and both our dads. Each was so uniques and special with what they said and their hopes for our marriage and years to come.
What was the best decision you made for your wedding?
Sandra: Selecting amazing wedding vendors – Like Angie! Being a previous wedding planner I had seen a lot of events over the years. And choosing wedding vendors that I knew and trusted made the planning for the day that much more enjoyable and also allowed to relish in the moment on the big day rather than stressed about things not going right.
Connor: Choosing one of our closet friends to be our wedding officiant. She was able to bring such a personal side to the ceremony one that set the tone for the entire event/day.
Which images did you love the most, any one specific ones and why?
Thats a hard question to answer, all of our photos are incredible. Some of our favorites though would have to be the candid moments taken through out the day. Family sitting together getting to catch up, Connor’s grandfather giving us some advice during dinner, and guests watching our ceremony take place. Getting the chance to see things from their perspective has allowed to feel like we didn’t miss a thing!
If you shared a little advice for couples going through this process what would be the biggest take away?
The best advice we can give is to try and enjoy the planning process as much as you can. Each wedding is unique and a lot of thought goes into the day and making them perfect, but make sure that you are choosing details that match just you and your significant others ideas!
